“  I'm currently working on academic articles on statutes of repose in bankruptcy and the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, proposals for books on Chapter 2 of the Federal Arbitration Act and the politics and law of agricultural bankruptcies in United States history, and a bevy of short pieces on sundry themes. In recent years, I have published more than twenty non-scholarly pieces in addition to my scholarly output. A handful of the former type of papers appear on this page so as to provide a snapshot of my less academic style. However, many others, such as those published by the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal, do not due to applicable copyright restrictions and/or their unsuitability. A full list of my publications, including any and all unposted pieces, can be provided upon request.  ”
