Abstract

The Sassy Sentiments Simulation provides background information and instructions for seven characters (to be played by law students) who will develop a business dispute. Sassy Sentiments is the name of a card company that is at the center of the dispute. This simulation was developed for the purpose of creating a dispute, knowledgeable clients and witnesses, and a large volume of electronically stored information (ESI) -- all to be used in an e-discovery focused pre-trial litigation course.

Keywords: simulation, e-discovery, pedagogy, electronically stored information
