Abstract

This is the final of two process evaluation reports reviewing service practices from the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) pilot program. The J2SI pilot is an integrated intensive case management model delivered over a three year period to 40 participants to end their experience of long-term homelessness. The process evaluation forms part of a longitudinal Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT). The RCT aims to determine the social and economic impact of the J2SI program over a 4 year period.
